April has lived in the Tampa Bay Area most of her life and has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1984. Finding the right Realtor® is equally as important as finding the right home. April worked first in Property Management and Mortgage Lending while investing in properties which lead to several 1031 Exchange Transactions and finally a Self Directed IRA. She served as 2015 President of Women's Council of Realtors and 2018 Florida President of the Residential Real Estate Council.

April says the most important part of her job is communication. She handles everything in an exceptionally professional manner, taking ample time out during your first meeting to discuss and explain all options. Pia is our newest assistant and soon to be sales associate. She is finishing up her undergraduate degree at USF St. Petersburg in economics and psychology. Pia grew up in a college town in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder before making her move to sunny Florida. She has always had an innate love for all things real estate.
